Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur an administration fee. If you choose the phone or fax payment option, you must contact us within 24 hours with your payment details. As always, we highly value your patronage and will endeavour to make your stay at the Lancaster Court Motel an excellent experience.
